Large irrigation systems, commercial properties, and high-demand rural water supply are served by this constant pressure system. The unit combines a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with a LOGICWALL frequency converter, processing water with sand up to 150 g/m³ for continuous duty.
Power comes from a 2.2 kW three-phase motor at 415V, producing 164 metres of head at 100 L/Min. Within each stage, NORYL® floating impellers move axially to accommodate sand particles, protecting the polycarbonate diffusers from excessive wear. The NEMA-standard motor coupling provides compatibility with standard submersible motors.
LOGICWALL provides variable speed control with an integrated user interface for system configuration. Protection includes dry-run detection, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and closed outlet monitoring. AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, with a delivery casing incorporating a non-return valve to help prevent reverse flow during shutdown.
