High-volume irrigation, large-scale agricultural applications, and bulk water transfer from 4-inch boreholes are the primary applications for this constant pressure system. The unit combines a Calpeda 4-inch submersible pump with an EASYMAT frequency converter, handling sand up to 150 g/m³ for continuous service.
Producing 23 metres of head at 220 L/Min, the hydraulic assembly is driven by a 0.75 kW motor at 415V. NORYL® floating impellers move axially within each stage to accommodate sand particles, protecting the polycarbonate diffusers from wear during high-capacity transfer duty. The NEMA-standard mechanical interface provides a secure connection point for standardised submersible motors.
EASYMAT variable speed control maintains constant pressure as demand varies, with protection against dry-running, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and closed outlet. AISI 304 stainless steel forms the external jacket, and a delivery casing incorporates a non-return valve to prevent backflow during shutdown.
