Combining two MXH 1602 horizontal multistage pumps on a shared skid, this unit delivers generous flows up to 833.4 L/Min. To overcome static elevation and pipe friction, the wet end can generate up to 23 m of head. It excels in commercial amenities blocks, agricultural washdown stations, and HVAC distribution headers where volume flow stability is critical.
Dynamic inverter modulation is managed directly by dual I-MAT frequency converters mounted onto the motor frames. By tracking real-time discharge pressure, the inverters ramp impeller speed up or down to eliminate pressure surges and water hammer as outlets open and close. Automatic lead-lag staging brings the second pump online during peak draw-off, while integrated electronic protections guard against dry-run operation, phase loss, and motor overload.
Fluid routing relies on heavy-duty AISI 304 stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds designed to minimise friction losses at high flow velocities. The suction collector features an 80 mm inlet connection, paired with a 65 mm outlet port on the discharge header. Full-bore isolation ball valves and non-return valves on every pump branch simplify routine inspection, supported by a clear system pressure gauge and a delivery port for an external pressure vessel.
Designed to simplify site wiring, the system accepts a single-phase 230 V incoming supply and converts it internally for three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor operates at approximately 2900 rpm at 50 Hz, producing 1.5 kW (P2) of mechanical power with a rated current draw of 3.6 A. Full compliance with IEC 60034 specifications and Class F insulation ensures dependable thermal resilience during sustained running.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
