Featuring two horizontal multistage MXHL 205 pumps mounted on a unified skid, this booster system supplies up to 160 L/Min of flow. To support elevated outlets and long pipe runs, the package can deliver up to 53.5 m of head. Dual-pump redundancy ensures continuous water availability even during peak draw-off or routine maintenance.
Automated speed modulation is handled by twin I-MAT frequency converters integrated directly onto the pump motors. By reading system pressure in real time, the drives continuously trim or boost impeller speed to maintain the exact target pressure while minimising kilowatt-hour consumption. Seamless cascade control brings the assist pump online smoothly during high demand, alternates lead duty between cycles, and protects against dry running and electrical surges.
Intake and discharge headers are fabricated from corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel to preserve water purity and structural integrity. Plumbing integration is straightforward thanks to a 50 mm inlet manifold paired with a 40 mm outlet header. Every pump leg is equipped with isolation ball valves and non-return check valves, while the discharge manifold incorporates a system pressure gauge and a connection point for an external pressure vessel.
Drawing from a standard single-phase 230 V electrical feed, the onboard frequency drives convert the supply to run the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings efficiently. Each 2-pole induction motor operates at a nominal 2900 rpm (50 Hz) speed, producing 0.75 kW (P2) of mechanical power and drawing 2 A at full load. Engineered to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the motors resist thermal stress in warm plant rooms.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
