Steep-head plumbing applications such as tall commercial towers, hillside properties, and industrial boiler or washdown feeds are ideally served by the Calpeda BSM2V 2MXHL 207-EMT booster set. Combining two horizontal multistage MXHL 207 pumps on a heavy-duty frame, this package provides flows up to 160 L/Min. Up to 75.3 m of delivery head can be developed to keep upper-level fixtures properly pressurised. Its twin-pump duty-assist design guarantees strong, uninterrupted pressure at the highest outlets.
Continuous pressure optimisation is achieved through dual I-MAT variable-speed frequency converters mounted directly onto each pump motor. By sensing manifold pressure changes instantaneously, the drives adjust rotational speed to keep line pressure stable and bring the secondary unit online smoothly during peak draw. Intelligent software alternates the lead pump role between cycles to equalise wear and incorporates automatic dry-run, thermal, and voltage protection.
Precision-engineered AISI 304 stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds ensure hygienic water handling and superior structural durability under high pressure. The inlet manifold features a 50 mm connection, matched with a 40 mm discharge outlet header for efficient hydraulic routing. Dedicated isolation ball valves, non-return check valves, a clear dial pressure gauge, and a threaded port on the delivery header for an external expansion vessel come factory fitted.
Wired for a single-phase 230 V incoming power supply, the onboard frequency converters deliver three-phase 230/400 V output to the motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor operates at 2900 rpm (50 Hz) and produces 1.1 kW (P2) of shaft power while drawing 2.7 A at full duty. Built in compliance with IEC 60034 standards and equipped with Class F insulation, the motors withstand rigorous continuous operation.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
