High-volume hot and cold water distribution across commercial complexes and multi-unit developments is supported by the twin-pump Calpeda BSM2V 2MXHL 802-EMT booster set. Incorporating 2 Calpeda MXHL 802 horizontal multistage pumps, this duplex skid delivers combined flows up to 433.4 L/Min. To support elevated outlets and long pipe runs, the package can deliver up to 20.5 m of head. Dual-pump architecture provides both peak-demand capacity staging and critical duty-standby redundancy for uninterrupted building water supply.
Coordinated speed modulation across both units is governed by integrated I-MAT frequency converters mounted directly on each pump. Working in tandem, the onboard inverters adjust motor speed proportionally to maintain a steady downstream pressure while alternating lead and lag roles to equalize wear. Built-in monitoring tracks power usage and protects each pump against dry running, overcurrent, and abnormal pressure drops.
Full-bore AISI 304 stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds ensure low-velocity, corrosion-free water routing across both pumping lanes. Site pipework connects to a 65 mm suction header and a 50 mm discharge manifold, outfitted with individual isolation ball valves and non-return check valves on each branch. A system pressure gauge and a delivery header connection point for an external vessel complete the hydraulic layout.
Each inverter accepts a single-phase 230 V power feed and converts it to drive the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Utilizing a 2-pole induction design running at roughly 2900 rpm (50 Hz), each motor is rated at 0.75 kW (P2) and draws 2 A at full load. Manufactured to IEC 60034 standards with Class F insulation, the twin drives deliver long-lasting mechanical reliability.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
