Engineered around 2 Calpeda MXHL 803 horizontal multistage pumps, this twin-pump package supplies up to 433.4 L/Min. For demanding vertical distribution, the multistage design can build up to 32 m of head. Having two parallel pumping units ensures smooth capacity sharing during peak hours alongside dependable standby security.
Synchronized variable-speed control is provided by integrated I-MAT frequency converters mounted directly on each pump motor. As fixture demand fluctuates, the twin drives modulate rotational speed and stage the second pump seamlessly to hold a constant manifold pressure. Automatic duty cycling balances runtime between both units while onboard electronics guard against dry running, overload, and supply faults.
Robust AISI 304 stainless steel suction and discharge manifolds link both pumps while preventing rust and scaling in heated or potable water. Plumbers connect building mains to a 65 mm inlet header and a 50 mm outlet manifold, equipped with full-bore isolation ball valves and non-return check valves for each pump. A clear pressure gauge and an external vessel connection port on the delivery header simplify installation.
Operating from a single-phase 230 V supply, the onboard inverters power three-phase 230/400 V motor windings with high electrical efficiency. Each 2-pole induction motor runs at approximately 2900 rpm (50 Hz), producing 1.1 kW (P2) of shaft output while drawing 2.7 A. Full compliance with IEC 60034 standards and Class F winding insulation guarantees resilient performance in plant rooms.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
