Incorporating three Calpeda MXH 1603 horizontal multistage pumps on a rigid base, the unit supplies up to 1250.1 L/Min. For vertical risers and pressurised distribution lines, the pump assembly can reach up to 34 m of head. It is ideally suited to large apartment blocks, hospitals, and industrial processing lines needing unyielding pressure stability.
Modulating system output is a trio of integrated I-MAT frequency converters mounted directly on the motor housings. These smart drives track downstream pressure continuously, ramping motor speed up or down and cascading additional pumps online only when flow demand spikes. Duty alternation equalises wear across all three units while integrated diagnostics guard against dry running, voltage drops, and thermal overloads.
Supporting elevated flow volumes without cavitation or excessive head loss, the plant features a 100 mm suction manifold and an 80 mm delivery header crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel. Each pump line includes full-bore isolation ball valves and non-return check valves, permitting straightforward servicing of any branch while the others remain active. A system pressure gauge and an external vessel connection port are mounted directly on the delivery header.
Running the package requires a single-phase 230 V electrical feed, which the I-MAT drives invert to energise three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor delivers 1.8 kW (P2) at a nominal speed of 2900 rpm (50 Hz) and draws 4.8 A under full load. Built with Class F insulation in full compliance with IEC 60034 standards, the motors handle intensive commercial schedules effortlessly.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
