Keeping high-volume water flow across multi-zone commercial properties and industrial plants is effortless with the BSM3V 3MXH 2002-EMT triplex pressure booster. Configured with three Calpeda MXH 2002 horizontal multistage pumps mounted on a common frame, this system provides up to 1200 L/Min of flow. Where high-pressure boosting is needed, the hydraulic stages can produce up to 31.4 m of head. Operating three parallel units guarantees smooth capacity scaling from single-fixture trickle demand to full peak load.
Control precision is driven by three pump-mounted I-MAT frequency converters that regulate motor speed dynamically against your programmed pressure target. Instead of abrupt pressure switch cut-ins, the inverters ramp speed gradually and stage assist pumps online only as demand climbs. Integrated software tracks energy usage, rotates pump priority to equalise wear, and provides automatic shutdown protection against dry running or electrical anomalies.
Wetted manifold components are fabricated from hygienic AISI 304 stainless steel, combining a 100 mm suction header with an 80 mm discharge manifold. Dedicated isolation ball valves and non-return check valves on each pump leg prevent backflow and allow one unit to be isolated for servicing while the others continue operating. An onboard pressure gauge and an external vessel connection port come fitted on the delivery manifold.
Energised via a single-phase 230 V incoming supply, the onboard inverters convert power to drive the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor delivers 1.8 kW (P2) at approximately 2900 rpm (50 Hz) with a rated current draw of 4.8 A per unit. Compliant with IEC 60034 standards and equipped with Class F winding insulation, the drive assemblies are built for continuous commercial service.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
