Constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel wet-end parts, the unit is ideally suited for low-rise commercial complexes, hospitality venues, and temperature-controlled circulation loops.
Steady header pressure across wide demand swings is governed by integrated I-MAT frequency converters mounted onto each individual pump. As water usage fluctuates throughout the day, these variable-speed drives modulate motor frequency to hold a constant downstream pressure while minimizing electrical consumption. The onboard intelligence seamlessly stages second and third pumps online during peak draw-offs, rotates duty assignments to prevent uneven wear, and provides comprehensive protection against dry running and overload faults.
Distribution pipework is consolidated into fabricated AISI 304 stainless steel headers equipped with a 65 mm suction connection and a 50 mm discharge outlet. Every pump branch includes isolation ball valves and non-return check valves, enabling technicians to isolate a single pump for inspection while the other two maintain uninterrupted supply. A clear system pressure gauge and a dedicated connection point for an external diaphragm tank are fitted directly on the delivery manifold.
Site electrical installation is simplified by a single-phase 230 V input requirement, which the pump-mounted inverters convert into three-phase 230/400 V power for the motor windings. Each compact 2-pole induction motor is rated at 0.37 kW (P2), drawing a modest 1.4 A while spinning at 2900 rpm (50 Hz). All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
