AISI 304 stainless steel construction across the pump casings, diffusers, and impellers ensures lasting durability in potable water and hot-water boosting roles.
Proportional speed modulation is handled directly at the motor level by three integrated I-MAT frequency converters. Instead of harsh stop-start cycling, the inverters modulate pump speed smoothly to hold target line pressure while tracking energy metrics in real time. As fixture demand increases, additional pumps cascade into service automatically and alternate lead duty across consecutive cycles, supported by built-in electronic protections against dry running, overcurrent, and supply voltage faults.
Inlet and outlet flows are routed through heavy-gauge AISI 304 stainless steel manifolds sized with a 65 mm inlet and a 50 mm outlet. Each of the three pump branches is equipped with isolation ball valves and non-return check valves, preventing reverse flow through standby units and allowing maintenance without full plant shutdown. On the delivery header, installers will find a factory-fitted pressure gauge and a dedicated connection point for an external diaphragm tank.
Receiving power from a convenient single-phase 230 V power supply, the onboard frequency converters deliver regulated three-phase 230/400 V output to the motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor provides 0.75 kW (P2) of mechanical power and draws 2 A while turning at approximately 2900 rpm (50 Hz). Compliant with IEC 60034 engineering standards and built with Class F winding insulation, the drive train ensures dependable thermal performance under continuous load.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
