Utilizing three horizontal multistage Calpeda MXHL 406 pumps mounted on a rigid steel base, this package supplies up to 399.9 L/Min of flow. For demanding vertical distribution, the multistage design can build up to 63 m of head. Every pump features AISI 304 stainless steel wet-end construction to ensure clean, corrosion-free operation in potable or heated water circuits.
Dynamic pressure regulation is achieved via integrated I-MAT frequency converters mounted directly on top of each motor. These variable-speed inverters monitor discharge header pressure continuously and modulate motor rpm so outlet pressure remains constant even as building occupancy and tap usage shift. Sequential cascade logic stages additional pumps online smoothly during peak periods, alternates duty assignments to balance mechanical wear, and provides automated dry-run and overload protection.
Water is channelled through AISI 304 stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds configured with a 65 mm intake port and a 50 mm discharge connection. Each of the three pump legs is fitted with full-bore isolation ball valves and non-return check valves, preventing reverse flow and enabling isolated maintenance on any unit without shutting down the system. A visual pressure gauge and an external vessel connection point are mounted directly on the delivery header.
Designed to operate from a single-phase 230 V electrical supply, the onboard frequency converters invert the incoming power to feed the three-phase 230/400 V motor windings. Each 2-pole induction motor is rated at 1.5 kW (P2) and draws 3.6 A when running at its nominal speed of 2900 rpm (50 Hz). Manufactured in compliance with IEC 60034 standards and equipped with Class F insulation, the motors sustain heavy commercial duty with high electrical efficiency.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
