The Calpeda CM 16/1 is a robust single-stage centrifugal pump designed for handling clean or slightly dirty water containing suspended solids. Featuring a heavy-duty cast iron pump body and open impeller, the pump is well suited to applications where small debris or soft solids may be present without risking blockage.
Powered by a reliable electric motor, the CM 16/1 delivers strong flow performance for water transfer, irrigation, tank emptying, industrial circulation and drainage duties. The open impeller design allows passage of suspended particles while maintaining efficient hydraulic performance, making it suitable for clean water, wastewater and liquids that are not chemically aggressive to cast iron.
