The Calpeda CT 60 is a three-phase peripheral close-coupled pump designed for compact pressure boosting, cooling equipment, and clean water circulation systems requiring dependable pressure generation in limited installation spaces. Operating on 400V power with 0.33 kW (0.45 HP) output, the pump is suitable for utility systems where stable pressure support and compact dimensions are important.
The peripheral hydraulic design combined with a precision-machined brass CW617N EN 12167 impeller allows the pump to generate head up to 41 metres while delivering flow performance up to 2.3 m³/h (38.3 L/Min). This operating characteristic makes the CT 60 particularly suitable for pressure support applications, compact circulation equipment, and cooling system integration rather than high-volume liquid transfer.
The hydraulic casing is manufactured from Cast Iron GJL 200 EN 1561 for dependable structural durability, while the patented single-piece motor casing and pump-side wall construction improves rigidity and reduces installation space requirements. The protected motor configuration also helps prevent water ingress from outside during operation, making the pump suitable for compact machinery installations.
The pump is designed for clean liquids without abrasives, suspended solids, or aggressive substances for pump materials. A Steel 1.4104 EN 10088 (AISI 430F) shaft combined with a Carbon/Ceramic/NBR mechanical seal supports dependable sealing reliability and operational stability. The IE2 three-phase motor includes IP54 protection, Class F insulation, and 1.1 Amp rated current at 400V for dependable continuous-duty operation.
