The system combines a heavy-duty 230-litre polyethylene pit with a high-performance GXVM25 grinder pump, providing a ready-to-install solution where gravity drainage is not possible.
The corrosion-resistant poly tank is engineered for underground installation and long service life, featuring pre-formed inlet connections and a secure lid assembly. Inside the pit, the GXVM25 submersible grinder pump macerates solids into fine particles before discharge, enabling pumping through small diameter pipework and reducing the risk of blockages in pressure sewer systems.
Powered by a robust single-phase motor, the grinder pump delivers strong lifting capability for transferring wastewater to higher elevation sewer lines or treatment systems. The pump is equipped with a stainless steel grinding mechanism, double mechanical seal and thermal protection to ensure dependable continuous operation under demanding conditions.
Designed for automatic operation, the station includes level control to start and stop the pump according to tank water level, preventing overflow while minimising pump cycling. Suitable for raw sewage, greywater and effluent containing solids and fibrous material, the GEO 230-GXVM25-6 provides a compact, durable and efficient solution for below-ground wastewater management.
