Flooded room drainage and the extraction of water from reservoirs are handled by the Calpeda GQR 10-12. This three-phase submersible unit is engineered for handling clean water containing suspended solids up to 10 mm in diameter. It is particularly effective for domestic drainage, rainwater collection, and irrigation pits with a maximum liquid temperature of 35°C during continuous duty service.

Powered by a 0.55 kW three-phase 415v supply, this model reaches a maximum head of 11.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 350 L/min. Drawing a rated current of 1.4 Amps, the motor remains cooled by the pumped water passing through the external jacket. This thermal management system supports safe operation during extended run cycles even when the motor is only partially submerged.

An open single impeller design manufactured from cast iron allows for efficient flow behavior when managing clean water with small suspended particles. The vertical delivery port configuration assists in compact installations, while the integrated AISI 304 filter restricts the entry of oversized debris. The unit is designed for permanent installation in the standing position with a minimum immersion depth of 205 mm.

Construction consists of a cast iron GJL 200 pump casing and impeller for enhanced structural durability. Motor protection is provided by a double mechanical shaft seal with an interposed oil chamber housing oil for food and pharmaceutical machinery. The induction motor features a triple impregnation humidity-proof dry winding and is rated for immersion depths up to 5 meters.
