Operating on a single-phase 240v supply, this 0.25 kW pump delivers consistent hydraulic performance with a 170 L/min flow rate and 5.7 m total head. Drawing a rated current of 2.5 Amps, the pumped liquid provides continuous motor cooling during operation. This design allows for safe service during extended drainage tasks even if the motor is only partially submerged.
The internal hydraulic configuration utilizes a single vortex impeller design housed within a vertical delivery port casing. This setup facilitates efficient flow behavior and allows for the passage of solids without compromising internal components. The integrated suction filter prevents the entrance of oversized debris, supporting manual drainage down to a water level of 30 mm.
Construction consists of a chrome-nickel stainless steel AISI 304 pump casing, filter, and motor jacket for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sealing is provided by a double mechanical shaft seal with an oil chamber containing oil for food machinery and pharmaceutical use. The motor features an incorporated capacitor, thermal protector, and a triple impregnation humidity-proof dry winding.
