Calpeda GXVM 25-10 Stainless Steel Float Switch Submersible Drainage Pump for Pond Water with Vortex Impeller

Hydraulic performance for the Calpeda GXVM 25-10 is produced by a single-impeller free-flow vortex design configured for handling water with suspended solids up to 25 mm. The vertical delivery port assists in compact installations within collection pits or tanks. Designed for domestic and civil drainage applications, the unit handles clean or slightly dirty liquid at temperatures reaching up to 50°C during continuous duty service.

Mechanical sealing is achieved through a double mechanical shaft seal with an oil chamber containing oil for food machinery and pharmaceutic use. The construction utilizes chrome-nickel stainless steel AISI 304 for the external jacket and delivery casing. It includes an incorporated capacitor, a built-in thermal protector, and a triple impregnation humidity-proof dry winding to ensure motor protection.

Confidently handle pond water extraction with this 0.45 kW single-phase 240v unit. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 220 L/min and reaches a maximum head of 9.5 m, drawing a rated current of 4.5 Amps. Pumped liquid provides continuous motor cooling during operation, which allows the unit to operate safely even when only partially submerged.

Designed for automated drainage, the pump is equipped with an integrated float switch that manages start and stop cycles based on water level. The unit fits wells or pits with a minimum water level of 130 mm for automatic activation, or 30 mm during manual extraction. It is rated for immersion depths up to 5 meters and includes a 10 m power cable.
