Drawing 4.6 Amps, internal cooling is achieved by fluid circulating between the motor jacket and outer shell. This design allows for safe service during partial submersion, while the integrated float switch manages automated operation cycles.
Hydraulic performance is produced by a single vortex impeller design housed within a vertical delivery port casing. This configuration minimizes the risk of clogging when managing slightly dirty liquids, while the smooth rolled-stainless steel surfaces assist in easy maintenance.
Construction consists of a chrome-nickel stainless steel AISI 304 pump body and motor jacket for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical shaft seal with an oil chamber containing oil for food machinery and pharmaceutical use. The motor features a triple impregnation humidity-proof dry winding, built-in thermal protector, and an incorporated capacitor for safe submerged service.
