The Calpeda NGX 4/16 combines self-priming jet pump operation with compact close-coupled construction, making it suitable for washing systems, shallow-well duties, and pressure-assisted clean water transfer applications.
A built-in ejector system supports suction lift capability up to 9 m while assisting rapid priming performance during above-ground operation. With flow rates reaching 75 L/Min and maximum head up to 54 m, the pump maintains efficient pressure delivery across cleaning systems, irrigation supply arrangements, and storage tank transfer duties.
Operational efficiency is assisted through an exclusive diffuser geometry combined with an integrated flow control device that helps stabilize hydraulic movement and lower running noise during continuous-duty service. Internal air evacuation around the mechanical seal also contributes to improved operating reliability by helping minimize seal stress during temporary abnormal suction conditions.
The casing and casing cover are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance across continuous clean water duties, while the brass impeller supports durable hydraulic efficiency under demanding pressure applications. Compact close-coupled construction also improves installation flexibility where available space is limited.
Three-phase 400V motor operation is supported through IP54 enclosure protection and Class F insulation. The pump is suitable for continuous-duty service with liquid temperatures up to 35°C and maximum permissible casing pressure reaching 8 bar.
