The Calpeda NGX 4/18 combines self-priming jet pump operation with corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, making it suitable for elevated tank transfer, washing systems, and pressure-assisted water movement applications.
Flow rates up to 83.3 L/Min together with maximum head reaching 46 m allow efficient clean water movement across transfer lines, irrigation supply arrangements, and storage distribution duties. A built-in ejector system supports suction lift capability up to 9 m while assisting rapid priming performance during shallow-well operation.
Calpeda incorporates an exclusive diffuser geometry paired with an integrated flow control device to assist stable hydraulic operation and reduce running noise during continuous service. Internal air evacuation around the mechanical seal also contributes to improved reliability by helping minimize seal stress caused by temporary abnormal suction conditions.
The casing and casing cover are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel to improve corrosion resistance during demanding clean water duties, while the brass impeller supports durable hydraulic efficiency under higher-pressure operating conditions. Compact close-coupled construction also simplifies installation where available space is restricted.
The three-phase motor operates on 400V power supply with IP54 enclosure protection and Class F insulation. Continuous-duty operation is suitable for liquid temperatures up to 35°C with maximum permissible casing pressure reaching 8 bar.
