Its hydraulic configuration is capable of producing flow rates up to 83.3 L/Min while generating maximum head up to 46 m. A built-in ejector system enables suction lift capability up to 9 m, assisting rapid priming performance where intermittent air intake or irregular suction conditions may occur during operation.
To improve operating stability, the pump incorporates an exclusive diffuser geometry together with an integrated flow control device that assists in minimizing hydraulic turbulence and lowering running noise. Internal air evacuation around the mechanical seal also contributes to improved reliability by helping reduce stress caused by insufficient seal flushing under temporary abnormal operating conditions.
Durability is supported through AISI 304 stainless steel construction across both the pump casing and casing cover, providing improved corrosion resistance for long-term clean water duties. The NGXM 4/18 utilizes a brass impeller designed to maintain strong hydraulic efficiency while supporting dependable operation across demanding residential pressure applications.
The single-phase motor operates on 230V power supply and includes integrated thermal protection together with IP54 enclosure protection and Class F insulation. Continuous-duty operation is supported for liquid temperatures up to 35°C with maximum permissible casing pressure reaching 8 bar.
