A 230V single-phase induction motor rated at 1.5 kW supplies the hydraulic assembly and operates with maximum absorbed power of 2 kW and operating current of 9.2 A. Operating speed remains approximately 2900 rpm through a two-pole motor configuration.
Flow movement is controlled through a closed impeller arrangement developed for clean, non-abrasive liquids. Threaded suction and discharge ports in ISO 228/1 configuration simplify integration into compact circulation pipe systems, while the direct-coupled layout reduces alignment complexity and installation requirements.
Mechanical sealing is supported through ceramic alumina and carbon seal faces operating together with EPDM elastomer elements. The pump supports liquid temperatures from -10°C to +90°C with maximum permissible working pressure up to 10 bar. Motor construction incorporates class F insulation, IP54 enclosure protection, and integrated thermal protection for additional operating safety.
