The Calpeda TM 61 is a compact single-phase peripheral electropump engineered for domestic pressure boosting, circulation systems, cooling equipment, and clean water transfer applications requiring stable pressure performance in compact installations. The pump operates on 230V single-phase power with thermal protector and capacitor integrated inside the terminal box for dependable motor safety during continuous-duty operation.

Driven by a 0.52 kW P1 motor with 0.33 kW (0.45 HP) rated output power, the TM 61 delivers maximum head up to 38 metres and flow rates up to 40 L/Min. The peripheral hydraulic design allows efficient pressure generation for network boosting systems, utility circulation duties, compact cooling units, and controlled clean liquid transfer applications.

The pump casing, lantern bracket, and casing cover are manufactured from Cast Iron GJL 200 EN 1561 for rigid structural durability and long operating life. The hydraulic section incorporates a precision-machined Brass CW617N EN 12167 impeller that supports reliable hydraulic efficiency and pressure stability in clean water applications.

The motor shaft is manufactured from Steel 1.4104 EN 10088 (AISI 430F), while the Carbon/Ceramic/NBR mechanical seal arrangement provides dependable sealing performance during continuous operation. The 2-pole induction motor operates at approximately 2900 rpm with IP54 protection and Class F insulation for reliable operation in circulation and pressure system installations.

The TM 61 is suitable for clean liquids without abrasives, suspended solids, explosive liquids, or aggressive substances for the pump materials. Operating conditions support liquid temperatures from -10°C to +90°C, ambient temperatures up to 40°C, suction lift up to 7 metres, and maximum permissible casing pressure up to 12.5 bar.
