The DAB 82MP-8V is a surface-mounted self-priming jet pump system designed for pressure boosting, tank filling, and domestic water applications. Supplied with an integrated pressure switch and an 8-litre pressure tank, this unit provides automatic operation, stable pressure output, and reduced pump cycling for improved efficiency and reliability.
Constructed with a stainless steel pump body, seal holder, and wear ring, the pump offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The internal hydraulic components including the impeller, diffuser, and venturi are manufactured from technopolymer, ensuring efficient performance and smooth water flow. A carbon/ceramic mechanical seal enhances durability and dependable operation.
This model delivers a maximum head of 47 metres and a maximum flow rate of 60 L/Min, making it suitable for maintaining consistent pressure across residential systems. Its self-priming capability allows efficient suction even in the presence of air, with a suction depth of up to 8 metres under optimal conditions.
Powered by a 0.6 kW single-phase motor operating on 240V, the pump includes built-in thermal protection for safe and reliable operation. The integrated pressure switch combined with the 8L tank ensures automatic start/stop functionality while minimizing frequent cycling and pressure fluctuations.
