Certified to EN 12050-1, this submersible sewage pump is intended for the transfer of wastewater containing suspended solids and organic matter commonly encountered in commercial buildings, service facilities and collection pits. The pump can be installed as a permanent fixed-coupled unit or used as a portable solution depending on site requirements.
Performance is delivered by a 0.9 kW three-phase motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 2.4 Amps. The hydraulic assembly achieves a maximum flow of 490 L/min and develops a maximum head of 12 m for efficient wastewater evacuation. Continuous S1 operation is supported when the motor remains fully submerged, allowing dependable performance in pumping stations and wastewater collection systems with a maximum immersion depth of 7 m.
A cast iron super vortex impeller provides a free passage of up to 50 mm to facilitate the movement of suspended solids without direct impeller contact. This hydraulic design minimizes the risk of clogging while maintaining flow efficiency during prolonged operating cycles. The DN50 discharge connection supports integration into existing wastewater infrastructure and commercial drainage pipework.
The pump body and motor housing are manufactured from EN GJL 200 cast iron and protected by a cataphoretic and acrylic coating system for improved corrosion resistance. A double mechanical seal operating in an oil chamber helps safeguard the motor against liquid ingress, while integrated thermal protection sensors monitor motor temperature to protect the Class F insulated winding system. Service access has also been simplified to support ongoing maintenance requirements.
