    Pairs well with

Designed for heavy-duty evacuation of sewage water in large complexes, the DAB-FEKAFXV20.22TEX is a high-capacity submersible pump for commercial services. It processes untreated wastewater with solids and filamentary bodies in suspension, making it suitable for lifting stations in construction sites and civil infrastructure. Certified to EN 12050-1, this unit provides the durability required for property protection and wastewater transfer in rooms subject to frequent flooding and high ingress.

Evacuation capability is powered by a 2.2 kW three-phase motor on a 415v supply with a rated current of 5 Amps. This high-capacity model produces a maximum flow of 800 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 19 m for the efficient movement of effluent. Rated for continuous S1 operation when fully submerged, it provides dependable hydraulic performance for wastewater transfer duties in commercial drainage systems and sewage collection stations.

Fluid handling is supported by a super vortex impeller in GJL 250 cast iron, providing a 50 mm free passage for untreated sewage. This design minimizes the risk of clogging by allowing wastewater and suspended solids to move freely through the hydraulic section. The horizontal and vertical discharge ports, featuring both flanged DN50 and threaded 2" connections, ensure the pump can be integrated into commercial drainage networks and sewage lifting infrastructure.

The motor housing and pump body are constructed from GJL 200 cast iron with a protective cataphoretic coating to resist corrosion in aggressive fluids. A double mechanical seal operating in an oil chamber provides protection for the motor assembly, while thermal sensors integrated into the windings help safeguard the Class F insulated motor during demanding service conditions. The construction also facilitates access to major components for simplified maintenance procedures.
