The DAB FEKA VS GRINDER T is a three-phase submersible pump with shredder for sewage, certified to EN 12050-1 for lifting systems handling wastewater containing faecal matter. This manual pump operates without a float switch, providing controlled fluid management for commercial building service and infrastructure wastewater draining.

Performance relies on a dry asynchronous and waterproof motor cooled directly by the pumped liquid. Powered by a three-phase 415v electrical framework, the 1.0 kW motor assembly draws 3 Amps of rated current. This configuration allows the pump to reach a 240 L/Min maximum flow and a 25 m maximum head.

Fluid containment is managed via a double mechanical seal setup utilizing an interposed non-toxic oil chamber. The system deploys carbon-alumina on the motor side and silicon carbide on the pump side to protect the electrical sections. A stainless steel casing securely houses the motor to resist external degradation. The motor is Class F insulated with IP68 protection.

Physical processing relies on an AISI 630 stainless steel shredding system that breaks down solids before they encounter the cast iron vortex impeller. The primary pump body and base are manufactured from cast iron, creating a total net weight of 23 kg. Processed fluids are expelled through the 40 mm outlet, with a maximum immersion depth of 7 meters.
