Structured around a specialized heavy-duty casting, the GENIX VT 010 automatic collection and lifting station provides a containment vessel for high-temperature greywater applications. The primary tank architecture utilizes thirty percent barium reinforced polypropylene, establishing a rigid framework that manages thermal expansion and resists physical warping. This resilient casing helps manage internal pressure loads during aggressive washing machine or dishwasher discharge cycles.

Operating at elevated thermal thresholds, this platform is developed for greywater transfer where liquid temperatures routinely peak. The system handles fluid streams up to +75°C continuously, and can temporarily manage +90°C water for thirty minutes. Lacking an internal shredder, the hydraulic pathway relies on an unobstructed volute to quickly expel wastewater from sinks directly into municipal drains.

Driven by a stainless steel asynchronous motor, the lifting station connects to a standard 240v electrical supply to draw 2.3 Amps of current. It converts this energy into 0.32 kW of mechanical output, spinning a fiberglass reinforced PPO impeller. This rotating assembly generates a 115 L/Min maximum flow rate, forcing thermal effluent upward against a 6 meter maximum vertical head.

Designed to integrate within modern domestic or commercial utility spaces, the compact housing provides a single top-mounted intake port to capture fluid from an isolated fixture. The 10 kilogram structure features integrated non-return valves within the discharge pipeline, which prevent expelled greywater from flooding back into the main chamber. The external access hatch allows service personnel to perform clean inspections without decoupling the entire infrastructure. The unit is certified to EN 12050-3 with IP44 protection.
