The DAB JETCOM102CORE is a self-priming pressure jet pump system designed for agricultural use, household water supply, garden irrigation, and water transfer applications. The unit integrates the JETCOM102 pump with the BiANCO NXT CORE controller, providing automatic operation with advanced protection and control features.
The pump is constructed using technopolymer components including the pump body, impeller, diffuser, venturi tube, and sand guard, combined with a die-cast aluminium motor support and stainless steel wear rings. This ensures corrosion resistance, durability, and efficient hydraulic performance. A carbon/ceramic mechanical seal provides reliable sealing under continuous operation.
According to the performance curve, the pump achieves a maximum head of 53.8 metres at shut-off and delivers approximately 60 L/min under low head conditions. The self-priming design supports suction lift up to 8 metres, making it suitable for drawing water from tanks, wells, and below-ground sources.
The system is powered by a 0.75 kW asynchronous motor operating on 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply, with a rated current of 5.1 Amps. The integrated BiANCO NXT CORE controller enables automatic start and stop, dry-run protection, anti-cycling functionality, and real-time pressure monitoring. The start pressure is adjustable with a default setting of 2.2 bar.
