The DAB JINOX102M is a self-priming stainless steel jet pump engineered for clean water applications including residential systems, garden irrigation, and small-scale agricultural use. Designed to deliver reliable suction performance, it maintains consistent water supply even in installations where air may be present in the suction line.
This pump is especially suited for domestic water systems, small farms, and light-duty service applications. It is capable of handling clean, non-aggressive, and non-viscous liquids, including water with low levels of sandy impurities, making it a versatile solution for everyday water transfer needs.
Constructed with a stainless steel pump body, seal holder cover, and wear ring, the JINOX102M provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The motor support is made from die-cast aluminium for structural strength, while the impeller, diffuser, and venturi tube are manufactured from technopolymer to ensure efficient hydraulic performance and smooth flow characteristics. A carbon/ceramic mechanical seal ensures reliable sealing and long service life.
The pump delivers a maximum head of 53.8 metres and a maximum flow rate of 60 L/Min, supporting stable pressure for domestic and irrigation systems. It offers self-priming capability with a maximum suction depth of up to 8 metres under optimal conditions.
Powered by a 0.75 kW (1 hp) single-phase motor operating on 240V, the pump features built-in thermo-amperometric protection and a permanently engaged capacitor for safe and reliable operation. The motor is of asynchronous type with external air cooling and is mounted on oversized greased-for-life ball bearings to ensure low noise and long operational life.
The pump is designed for horizontal installation and operates efficiently within a liquid temperature range up to 35°C for domestic use. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar and complies with standard installation and performance requirements.
