The DAB JINOX102MP-18V is a surface-mounted self-priming stainless steel jet pressure pump designed for pressure boosting, tank filling, and irrigation applications. This automatic system includes a pressure switch and an 18-litre vertical pressure tank, ensuring consistent pressure delivery and reduced pump cycling in residential and light commercial installations.
Constructed with a stainless steel pump body, seal holder, and wear ring, the pump provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The internal hydraulic components including the impeller, diffuser, and venturi are manufactured from technopolymer for efficient performance and smooth water flow. A carbon/ceramic mechanical seal ensures reliable sealing and extended service life.
This model delivers a maximum head of 53.8 meters and a maximum flow rate of 60 L/Min, supporting stable pressure and efficient water transfer. The self-priming design allows effective suction even in the presence of air, with a maximum suction depth of up to 8 metres under optimal conditions.
The system is powered by a 0.75 kW (1.0 hp) single-phase motor operating on 240V, featuring built-in thermal protection for safe operation. The included 18L pressure tank enhances system performance by minimizing frequent cycling and maintaining steady pressure.
The Bianco 18L pressure tank is engineered for durability and performance in domestic and commercial applications. It features a nominal volume of 18 litres with a nominal draw-off capacity of 6 litres. The tank supports a continuous maximum temperature of 90°C and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar (145 PSI). It is pre-charged to 4 bar (58 PSI) and designed with a diameter of 279 mm and height of 375 mm. The unit has a net weight of 3.4 kg and uses a GI system connection for reliable installation.
