The DAB JINOX112M is a self-priming stainless steel jet pump designed for clean water applications including domestic water systems, garden irrigation, and small-scale agricultural use. It offers excellent suction capability even in the presence of air bubbles, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions.
Suitable for domestic water supply installations, small farms, and light-duty service applications, the pump is capable of handling clean, non-aggressive, and non-viscous liquids, including water with low levels of sandy impurities. It is engineered for consistent performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
Constructed with a stainless steel pump body, seal holder cover, and wear ring, the pump provides strong corrosion resistance and long service life. The motor support is made from die-cast aluminium, while the impeller, diffuser, and venturi tube are manufactured from technopolymer for efficient hydraulic performance. A carbon/ceramic mechanical seal ensures reliable sealing and durability.
This model delivers a maximum head of 61 metres and a maximum flow rate of 60 L/Min, supporting high-pressure performance in residential and agricultural applications. The self-priming design allows suction up to 8 metres under optimal conditions.
Powered by a 1 kW single-phase motor operating on 240V, the pump features an asynchronous motor with external air cooling, built-in thermo-amperometric protection, and a permanently engaged capacitor for safe and reliable operation. The motor is supported by oversized greased-for-life ball bearings to ensure low-noise operation and extended service life.
The pump is designed for horizontal installation and operates with liquid temperatures up to 35°C for domestic use, making it suitable for continuous clean water applications.
