Addressing intense environmental demands requires reliable infrastructure. The DCS40M Domestic Submersible Dewatering Pump handles heavy fluid loads, ensuring rapid transfer in partially submerged applications where septic effluent must be securely diverted. Manual control provides operators with exact oversight during critical drainage procedures.

Built for harsh immersion, the outer casing is formed from 304 stainless steel. A double case layout routes the discharge stream past the internal motor shell. This thermal exchange provides active cooling, allowing continuous manual operation without risking immediate shutdown from the automatic resetting thermal overload.

Engineering optimal fluid velocity requires advanced internal geometry. The specialized semi-vortex hydraulic design ensures rapid displacement of suspended solids. Manipulating pressure gradients allows fluid to bypass choke points, providing efficient extraction within submerged infrastructure without blockages from soft organic solids entering the system.

To maintain bulk transfers securely, the high-performance core pushes a maximum flow of approximately 220 L/Min and achieves an 11 m head. Power is supplied by a single-phase 240v architecture outputting 0.4 kW. Waste is forced securely through a 50 mm port, while the silicon carbide and ceramic shaft seal remains completely immersed within a captive oil bath.

    Features
    • Capable of processing neutral pH sewage or grey water containing up to 10 percent small soft organic solids under 10mm external diameter.
    • Features a completely integrated 304 stainless steel suction inlet and external strainer base for superior structural defense against debris.
    • Includes a dedicated hose tail adapter intentionally provided to facilitate rapid temporary installations using a standard lay-flat hose.
    • Built around a heavy-duty cast iron pump casing structure designed to resist intense mechanical shock during active operational cycles.
    • Engineered with an exceptionally robust total net weight measuring precisely 14 kg for completely stable permanent or temporary anchoring.
    • Equipped with a 10 metre HO7RNF oil-resistant lead to guarantee electrical delivery and safety in heavily contaminated dirty water environments.
