Utilizing high-grade metallurgical composites ensures operational stability. The DCS55A Domestic Submersible Dewatering Pump integrates a cast iron base and a casing formed from 304 stainless steel. This combination provides structural defense against mechanical shock during submerged dirty water pumping and ensures longevity.

Engineering optimal fluid velocity requires advanced internal geometry. The semi-vortex hydraulic design ensures rapid displacement of suspended solids and septic effluent. Manipulating pressure gradients allows fluid to bypass choke points, enabling efficient continuous extraction within submerged infrastructure without blockages.

To securely maintain high-volume transfers, the core pushes a maximum flow of approximately 400 L/Min and achieves a 12 m head. Power is delivered by a single-phase 240v motor outputting 0.55 kW. A preset float switch triggers automatic operation as the fluid level rises, forcing waste seamlessly through a 50 mm connection port.

Mechanical shielding utilizes a silicon carbide and ceramic shaft seal completely immersed within a captive oil bath. Defended by a specialized sand slinger lip seal, abrasive grit is actively repelled from the shaft. An automatic resetting thermal overload provides a critical electrical safety net against sudden mechanical binding.

    Features
    • Equipped with a highly durable cast iron open impeller specifically matched for demanding effluent and suspended waste extraction.
    • Capable of processing neutral pH sewage or grey water containing up to 10 percent small soft organic solids under 10mm external diameter.
    • Includes a dedicated hose tail adapter intentionally provided to facilitate rapid temporary installations using a standard lay-flat hose.
    • Features a completely integrated 304 stainless steel suction inlet and external strainer base for superior defense against larger debris.
    • Engineered with an exceptionally robust total net weight measuring precisely 25 kg for completely stable permanent or temporary anchoring.
