Industrial networks require reliable infrastructure to process suspended solids without blockages. Handling these demands, the DT08S High Volume Submersible Pumps Single Vane S Series offers a fortified solution for transferring semi-screened sewage. This system mitigates failure risks and strictly ensures continuous fluid productivity.

To prevent oxidative breakdown, the external motor shell, central drive shaft, and fasteners are constructed from 304 grade stainless steel. This application protects vital electronics when submerged in harsh effluents. The casing utilizes a heavy cast iron layout to safely absorb and counteract intense multidirectional fluid shear forces.

The hydraulic configuration employs an open single channel centrifugal impeller to aggressively maximize velocity while minimizing friction. Utilizing a 415v three-phase connection, the 0.75 kW motor drives an approximately 380 L/Min max flow. It accurately generates an approximately 15 metre max head through the fifty millimetre port.

A specialized double mechanical shaft seal operates within a captive oil bath, creating an impermeable barrier separating corrosive liquids from the active electrical core. Additionally, an automatic resetting thermal overload mechanism manages temperatures, shielding machinery from sudden current spikes during continuous heavy commercial drainage.

    Features

    • Equipped with a ten metre harmonized HO7RNF oil resistant electrical power lead designed for straightforward facility installation.
    • Designed to permanently operate in submerged liquid environments while safely maintaining an ambient temperature up to forty degrees Celsius.
    • Features a widened integrated structural mounting base that provides exceptional foundational stability during active fluid transfer.
    • Utilizes highly durable silicon carbide and ceramic material elements exclusively on the pump side of the active mechanical seal.
    • Integrates a secondary specialized sand slinger lip seal purposed to effectively protect the central motor against abrasive ingress.
    • Capable of reliably passing suspended soft solid debris that structurally measures up to eighty percent of the internal discharge dimension.
