    Pairs well with

Large scale dam drainage and deep sewer evacuations demand immense hydraulic intervention to prevent site flooding. Operating as a top tier industrial unit, the DT110KZN is a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries across massive quarries. It handles critical ground and nuisance water removal.

Powered by an aggressive 11.0 kW motor running on a three-phase 415v electrical supply, the system draws a heavy load of 29.9 Amps. Engineered for massive displacement, it generates an approximate maximum flow rate of 4000 L/Min through a 150 mm discharge port. Transfer is supported by an approximate maximum head of 23 metres.

Dense mixture processing is managed by a semi-open high chrome impeller, engineered to tolerate solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. Beneath the main intake, a heavy duty high chrome agitator strikes the fluid bed, causing solids to move in suspension. This prevents clogging while passing 35 mm solids.

Encasing the hydraulics is an FCD450 hardened ductile iron pump body, providing 300 Brinnell hardness to defeat erosive forces. The assembly rotates on a 410 stainless steel shaft, reinforced by a high chrome iron suction cover. Fully certified with an IP68 rating, it safely operates at maximum depths of 15 metres.

    FEATURES

    • Centralized top discharge route creates a continuous motor water jacket allowing safe pumping within inches of the bottom without overheating.
    • Compact slimline profile significantly reduces structural width, lowering the chance of damage to the outlet during transit.
    • Suction mounted replaceable wear plate features a hardened surface to stop aggressive fluid erosion that could reduce pump performance.
    • Double silicon carbide mechanical seals reside exclusively within a separate oil enclosure to protect the motor from abrasive slurry degradation.
    • Added defensive layer is provided by a heavy duty nitrile lip seal positioned to reject fine particulate at the bearing threshold.
    • Sacrificial stainless steel shaft sleeves can be rapidly exchanged in the field to securely save on progressive wear to the main shaft.
    • Expansive large open strainer acts as a primary physical safeguard against larger solids entering the active pump housing.
    • Heavy duty cast lifting rings guarantee safe rigging for easy lifting and transportation of the industrial pump.
