Managing deep vertical extraction across industrial projects requires specialized equipment capable of handling extreme fluid weight. The DT110KZN-H serves as a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries from subterranean mine operations. Delivering rapid ground and nuisance water removal, it evacuates deep tunnels.

Operating on a robust 415v three-phase grid, the 11.0 kW motor requires a rated operating current of 29.9 Amps. Optimized for vertical elevation, this unit pushes dense fluid columns to an approximate maximum head of 31.5 metres. It simultaneously maintains an approximate maximum flow rate of 2500 L/Min via a 100 mm discharge port.

Kinetic energy is absorbed by a semi-open multivane impeller designed to handle massive solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. An integrated heavy duty high chrome agitator works beneath the suction path, causing solids to move in suspension. This physical agitation safely channels 35 mm solids through the volute.

Casing integrity relies on extra thick FCD450 hardened ductile iron, rated twice as abrasive resistant as standard ductile cast iron. A rugged 410 stainless steel shaft transfers rotational power alongside a high chrome iron suction cover. Designed for 15 metre submergence, the IP68 housing withstands 40 degree Celsius waters.

    FEATURES

    • Slimline vertical output architecture acts as a motor water jacket, permitting operations within inches of the bottom without overheating.
    • Replaceable wear plate incorporates an advanced hardened surface on the suction side to stall aggressive fluid erosion.
    • Complete mechanical isolation is achieved via double silicon carbide mechanical seals housed securely inside a separate oil chamber.
    • High grade heavy duty nitrile lip seal supplements the primary sealing boundary to physically repel invasive sand from the motor.
    • Smooth outer slimline casing contours reduce spatial conflicts, drastically decreasing the chance of damage to the outlet in transit.
    • Removable stainless steel shaft sleeves securely envelope the drive shaft, easily saving on permanent shaft wear during harsh use.
    • Wide aperture large open strainer reliably protects the system from larger solids entering and damaging the high speed impeller.
    • Structurally integrated lifting rings provide maximum stability for easy lifting and transportation across demanding sites.
