    Pairs well with

Massive civil engineering efforts and extensive river improvement operations generate relentless fluid clearing demands. Built for brutal conditions, the DT150KZN is a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries across active construction sites. It reliably executes critical ground and nuisance water removal.

Driven by a heavy duty 15.0 kW motor connected to a 415v three-phase power grid, the electrical assembly draws an aggressive 36.5 Amps. Engineered to combine raw power with massive displacement, it creates an approximate maximum flow rate of 3000 L/Min via a 150 mm discharge port. This balances an approximate maximum head of 36 metres.

Fluid density challenges are resolved by a wear resistant high chrome impeller that processes extreme solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. A base mounted heavy duty high chrome agitator shatters compacted sludge, causing solids to move in suspension. This turbulent action clears rugged 35 mm solids effortlessly.

Defeating internal friction, the core pump body is cast from ultra tough FCD450 hardened ductile iron with 300 Brinnell hardness. Rotational mechanics are handled by a 410 stainless steel shaft spinning within a high chrome iron suction cover. The fully submersible framework is IP68 certified for 15 metre maximum depths.

    FEATURES

    • Top discharge water jacket design continuously cools the motor, allowing the pump to operate within inches of the bottom without overheating.
    • Narrowly engineered slimline footprint guarantees structural safety by reducing the chance of damage to the outlet during transit.
    • Erosion inhibiting replaceable wear plate features a hardened surface on the suction side to perfectly maintain hydraulic performance tolerances.
    • Motor longevity is strictly secured by double silicon carbide mechanical seals operating entirely inside a dedicated, separate oil chamber.
    • Added protection is established through a heavy duty nitrile lip seal serving as a resilient barrier against microscopic grit.
    • Cost effective stainless steel shaft sleeves are easily replaceable, permanently saving on abrasive wear to the 410 stainless steel pump shaft.
    • Heavy steel large open strainer intercepts and protects the internal chamber from larger solids entering the pumping zone.
    • Forged lifting rings ensure immediate hook access for easy lifting and transportation of the unit.
