    Pairs well with

When expansive surface flooding threatens active industrial zones, maximum volume extraction becomes the absolute operational priority. Engineered as a high flow solution, the DT150KZN-L is a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries out of enormous dam structures. It provides unmatched ground and nuisance water removal.

The internal electrical framework operates a 15.0 kW motor on a 415v three-phase grid, safely sustaining a rated current of 36.5 Amps. Dedicated to extreme volume displacement, it delivers a staggering approximate maximum flow rate of 5900 L/Min through a 150 mm discharge port. This evacuation is balanced by an approximate maximum head of 21.5 metres.

Heavy slurry transport is optimized by a specialized semi-open impeller, easily managing abrasive solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. Placed directly below the intake, a heavy duty high chrome agitator attacks the sump floor, causing solids to move in suspension. This intense disruption allows 35 mm solids to pass.

Structural defense against abrasive wear is achieved using an FCD450 hardened ductile iron casing featuring extra thick walls. The central drive utilizes a durable 410 stainless steel shaft paired directly with a high chrome iron suction cover. Built for total submersion, the IP68 rated motor functions flawlessly in 40 degree Celsius liquids.

    FEATURES

    • Continuous motor water jacket cooling is natively achieved via the top discharge, safely allowing pumping within inches of the bottom without overheating.
    • Hardened surface on the easily replaceable wear plate actively combats the severe erosive forces that cause a reduction in pump performance.
    • Separate oil chamber securely isolates the double silicon carbide mechanical seals to completely protect the motor from abrasive fluids.
    • Supplementary heavy duty nitrile lip seal creates a highly durable physical barrier to deflect fine particulate away from the core components.
    • Vertical slimline chassis significantly minimizes installation width, vastly reducing the chance of damage to the outlet in transit.
    • Easily swappable stainless steel shaft sleeves act as a sacrificial boundary, effortlessly saving on permanent wear to the main shaft.
    • Thick open steel strainer mechanically filters the intake fluid, protecting the volute from larger solids entering the pump.
    • Integrated lifting rings facilitate safe rigging lines for easy lifting and transportation of the heavy duty hardware.
