    Pairs well with

Quarries and industrial projects require robust extraction solutions. The DT37KZN is a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries across severe environments. Delivering crucial ground and nuisance water removal, it stabilizes dam drainage operations, sewer systems, and expansive river improvement sites.

Operating on a 415v three-phase grid, the 3.7 kW motor draws a rated current of 8 Amps. Engineered for reliable transfer, the system achieves an approximate maximum flow rate of 1300 L/Min. Pressure boundaries allow an approximate maximum total head of 15 metres, pushing fluid through an 80 mm discharge port.

Flow is managed by a multivane semi-open impeller designed to handle abrasive solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. A heavy duty high chrome agitator operates at the intake, keeping the flow chamber clear by causing solids to move in suspension. This prevents clogging and allows 20 mm solids to pass.

Casing integrity relies on an FCD450 hardened ductile iron volute, featuring extra thick walls with 300 Brinnell hardness. The assembly utilizes a 410 stainless steel pump shaft and a high chrome iron suction cover. Certified to IP68 standards, it operates at 15 metre submergence in 40 degree Celsius liquids.

    FEATURES

    • Top discharge with a motor water jacket allows for pumping within inches of the bottom without the risk of overheating.
    • Slimline design effectively reduces the chance of damage to the outlet during transit and installation on sites.
    • Replaceable wear plate features a hardened surface on the suction side to inhibit erosion that could reduce pump performance.
    • Double silicon carbide mechanical seals are located in a separate oil chamber to completely protect the internal motor components.
    • Added protection is provided by a heavy duty nitrile lip seal positioned at the bottom bearing housing boundary.
    • Easily replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeves save on extensive shaft wear and drastically prolong overall service life.
    • Large open steel strainer protects the system from larger solids entering the internal pumping cavity during operation.
    • Lifting rings are integrated into the top casting for easy lifting and transportation of the heavy duty unit.
