    Pairs well with

Built with a fortified cast iron framework, the DT55S High Volume Submersible Pumps Single Vane S Series delivers exceptional structural integrity. This casing absorbs operational stress while executing intense storm water pumping. The robust configuration completely resists decay, guaranteeing stable fluid management across heavy commercial drainage networks.

To eliminate oxidative deterioration during massive septic effluent disposal, the motor shell, drive shaft, and fasteners are constructed from 304 grade stainless steel. This selected metal protects internal electronics when permanently submerged. The heavy cast iron volute dissipates massive multidirectional fluid pressure shear forces.

The central core utilizes an open single channel centrifugal impeller to accelerate liquids and minimize internal friction. Powered by a dedicated 415v three-phase supply, the 5.5 kW motor confidently outputs an approximately 1500 L/Min max flow. It generates an approximately 22.5 metre max head exactly out the one hundred millimetre port.

Safeguarding the internal machinery, a double mechanical shaft seal operates within a captive oil bath to firmly establish an impermeable liquid barrier. An automated resetting thermal overload function manages unpredictable temperature spikes, completely protecting the motor winding during continuous unbroken heavy volumetric liquid transfer cycles.

    Features

    • Engineered strictly for intense commercial setups to heavily ensure safe unyielding performance during rigorous liquid transfer cycles.
    • Includes a ten metre harmonized HO7RNF oil resistant electrical lead complete with bared ends for rapid on-site facility power connection.
    • Designed to permanently operate in submerged heavy liquid environments while safely maintaining an ambient temperature up to forty degrees Celsius.
    • Utilizes a specialized sand slinger lip seal layout definitively designed to drastically reduce abrasive material ingress toward the internal motor core.
    • Equipped with hard faced silicon carbide and industrial ceramic components located on the primary mechanical seal for an extended operational lifespan.
    • Compatible directly with the optional SR100 rail kit to greatly facilitate rapid system extraction and efficient re-installation within deep installations.
