Expansive river improvement networks generate immense volumes of contaminated surface runoff requiring rapid intervention. The DT75KZN delivers uncompromised ground and nuisance water removal across demanding terrain. It is a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries at active quarries and construction sites.

Performance parameters are anchored by a powerful 7.5 kW motor operating on a 415v three-phase grid, safely sustaining 15.7 Amps. The unit pushes an approximate maximum flow rate of 2450 L/Min through a 100 mm discharge port. This geometry simultaneously produces an approximate maximum total head of 21 metres.

Processing relies on the aggressive force of a high chrome semi-open impeller, handling mixtures with solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. An integrated heavy duty high chrome agitator spins continuously, causing solids to move in suspension. This negates clogging and permits the passage of 25 mm solids.

Endurance is secured by an FCD450 hardened ductile iron volute, engineered to be twice as abrasive resistant as standard ductile cast iron. The assembly operates on a corrosion resistant 410 stainless steel shaft with a high chrome iron suction cover. The IP68 housing functions at a maximum submergence of 15 metres.

    FEATURES

    • Top discharge structural layout utilizes a motor water jacket to enable pumping within inches of the bottom without the risk of overheating.
    • Replaceable wear plate features a specially hardened surface on the suction side to actively inhibit the occurrence of hydraulic erosion.
    • Double silicon carbide mechanical seals are completely separated from the fluid path within an independent oil chamber to protect the motor.
    • Secondary sealing protection is guaranteed by an added heavy duty nitrile lip seal that deflects invasive microscopic sediment.
    • Architecturally slimline casing reduces the chance of damage to the outlet when deployed into cramped or hazardous industrial spaces.
    • Stainless steel shaft sleeves act as easily replaceable components, completely saving on progressive wear to the main shaft.
    • Rugged large open strainer functions as the first line of physical defense against larger solids entering the active pumping chamber.
    • High strength lifting rings offer immediate connection points for easy lifting and transportation of the equipment.
