    Pairs well with

Deep excavation corridors frequently encounter severe vertical flooding conditions that require extreme elevation capabilities. Engineered as a specialized high head solution, the DT75KZN-H is a proven performer pumping muddy liquids and slurries. It safely executes ground and nuisance water removal for sewer systems.

Drawing power from a 415v three-phase circuit, the 7.5 kW motor operates reliably at a rated current of 15.7 Amps. The enhanced vertical lift profile achieves an approximate maximum head of 24 metres to elevate dense columns. Concurrently, it processes an approximate maximum flow rate of 2100 L/Min via a 100 mm discharge port.

Internal wear is heavily mitigated by a wear resistant multivane impeller, processing solid concentrations up to 70 percent by weight. Operating directly at the intake, a heavy duty high chrome agitator physically attacks compacted silt, causing solids to move in suspension. This accommodates 25 mm maximum solids.

To ensure survival, the casing utilizes FCD450 hardened ductile iron with extra thick walls for unmatched resistance. A 410 stainless steel pump shaft transfers power alongside a highly durable high chrome iron suction cover. Built with IP68 protection, the unit performs perfectly in 40 degree Celsius environments.

    FEATURES

    • Flow-through motor water jacket natively pairs with a top discharge to prevent overheating when pumping within inches of the bottom.
    • Heavy duty replaceable wear plate protects the lower suction side from rapid erosion that could cause a reduction in pump performance.
    • Primary motor integrity is maintained by double silicon carbide mechanical seals safely suspended inside an isolated oil chamber.
    • Bottom mounted heavy duty nitrile lip seal establishes a formidable barrier against microscopic silt entering the main bearing housing.
    • Streamlined vertical slimline design removes protruding edges to drastically reduce the chance of damage to the outlet in transit.
    • Easily swappable stainless steel shaft sleeves directly absorb rotational wear, saving on expensive replacements of the central shaft.
    • Heavy gauge large open strainer aggressively filters incoming fluid to protect from larger solids entering the high speed impeller.
    • Natively cast lifting rings ensure a perfectly balanced center of gravity for easy lifting and transportation of the pump.
