Optimizing fluid paths, the DT75S High Volume Submersible Pumps Single Vane S Series provides immense hydraulic stability. Engineered to manage the pumping of light slurries, this layout removes circulation bottlenecks. The system maintains thermodynamic balance, guaranteeing sustained volume throughput across demanding commercial infrastructure.

To prevent oxidative breakdown during intense sewage water pumping, the motor shell, drive shaft, and external fasteners exclusively utilize 304 grade stainless steel. This application definitively protects vital electronics when submerged in corrosive liquids. The thick cast iron volute confidently withstands immense multidirectional fluid shear forces.

The system actively employs an open single channel centrifugal impeller to accelerate liquids and cleanly minimize mechanical turbulence. Driven by a dedicated 415v three-phase supply, the 7.5 kW motor outputs an approximately 2150 L/Min max flow. It strictly sustains an approximately 32 metre max head out the one hundred millimetre primary port.

A specialized double mechanical shaft seal operates within a captive oil bath to establish an impermeable liquid boundary. Supporting the massive motor core, an automated resetting thermal overload mechanism expertly mitigates sudden dangerous temperature spikes, protecting internal windings during unbroken heavy commercial site sump emptying.

    Features

    • Includes a ten metre harmonized HO7RNF oil resistant electrical lead complete with bared connection points for immediate facility deployment.
    • Rigorously tested to continuously process heavy fluids while safely accommodating ambient liquid temperatures reaching up to forty degrees Celsius.
    • Features premium silicon carbide alongside specialized industrial ceramic materials situated precisely on the active mechanical sealing face.
    • Integrates a secondary sand slinger lip seal to formulate a reliable physical barrier preventing highly abrasive particulate ingress from occurring.
    • Compatible directly with the optional SR100 rail kit to heavily facilitate rapid system extraction and highly efficient continuous deep re-installation.
    • Engineered strictly for intense commercial setups to firmly ensure safe unyielding performance during the most rigorous industrial liquid transfer cycles.
