Optimizing fluid paths, the DT75S/SS High Volume Submersible Pumps Single Vane S Series provides hydraulic stability inside extreme chemical environments. Engineered for septic effluent disposal, this layout removes circulation bottlenecks. The system maintains thermodynamic balance, guaranteeing sustained volume throughput across infrastructure.

To prevent oxidative breakdown during chemical exposure, the motor shell, drive shaft, casing, and impeller exclusively utilize premium 316 grade stainless steel. This application protects vital electronics when continuously submerged in corrosive liquids. The thick robust volute confidently withstands immense multidirectional fluid shear forces without structural fatigue.

The system employs an open single channel centrifugal impeller to accelerate heavy aggressive liquids and minimize turbulence. Driven strictly by a 415v three-phase electrical supply, the powerful 7.5 kW motor outputs an approximately 2150 L/Min max flow. It sustains an approximately 32 metre max head directly out the one hundred millimetre discharge port.

A double mechanical shaft seal operates within a captive oil bath to establish an impermeable boundary. Supporting the motor core, an automated resetting thermal overload mechanism manages dangerous temperature spikes, protecting internal windings during unbroken heavy commercial chemical evacuation loops.

    Features

    • Compatible directly with the optional SR100SS rail kit to heavily facilitate rapid system extraction and highly efficient continuous deep re-installation.
    • Engineered exclusively for intense commercial applications to firmly ensure perfectly safe unyielding performance during rigorous liquid transfer cycles.
    • Includes a ten metre harmonized HO7RNF oil resistant electrical lead complete with bared connection points for immediate facility deployment.
    • Rigorously tested to continuously process heavy fluids while safely accommodating ambient liquid temperatures reaching up to forty degrees Celsius.
    • Equipped with hard faced silicon carbide alongside specialized industrial ceramic materials situated precisely on the active mechanical sealing face.
    • Capable of reliably processing highly suspended soft solid debris that structurally measures up to eighty percent of the primary internal discharge dimension.
