Product Overview
Factory-assembled and tested on a common skid, the Davey Monsoon Light vertical multistage booster package provides immediate plant room water pressure regulation. Equipped with a vertical multistage pump assembly, the unit sustains line pressure stability across demanding plumbing lines. This packaged assembly supplies an integrated booster solution to prevent pressure dropouts across elevated risers.
Through precision motor-speed modulation, the pump set easily achieves flows up to 73 L/min. Across elevated vertical distribution lines, the multistage hydraulic wet end generates up to 87.7 metres of maximum shut-off head to overcome static elevation losses. Internal impellers and intermediate stage diffusers are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel to maintain fluid purity and hydraulic efficiency. A hard-faced mechanical seal and reinforced casing construction support operating system pressures up to 16 bar.
Power is provided by a high-torque electric motor engineered for continuous hydraulic pressure boosting. Speed regulation is governed by an integrated variable frequency drive controller, continuously matching motor speed to instantaneous draw to stabilize pipeline pressure. The electrical package connects to a 415V supply at 50 Hz drawing a rated current of 2.1 Amps. Pre-plumbed hydraulic connections feature standardized 1-1/4" BSP ports, rated for clean liquid operating temperatures from 0°C to 40°C.
The complete hydraulic package rests upon an industrial, high-strength mounting baseplate. Integrated elastomeric mounts isolate pump vibrations, protecting connected distribution pipework from mechanical stress and acoustic transmission. Engineered and assembled to meet demanding Australasian commercial plumbing standards, the system benefits from comprehensive Davey technical support and readily available nationwide spare parts.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
