    Pairs well with

For domestic and commercial closed loop heating or air-conditioning systems, including solar heating circuits, the Davey SC20-25 provides reliable water circulation in residential and light commercial applications. This wet rotor circulator pump is suitable for installations where consistent flow is required in hydronic heating systems, radiator circuits, and solar thermal arrays.

Hydraulic performance is delivered through three manual speed settings: Speed 1 at 950 rpm producing 46 W power consumption, Speed 2 at 1300 rpm with 67 W, and Speed 3 at 1850 rpm drawing 93 W. The pump delivers a maximum head of approximately 5.5 m with a flow rate reaching 61.7 L/Min. Rated current varies from 0.20 A on the lowest setting to 0.40 A at maximum speed on 240 V single-phase supply.

The impeller is manufactured from composite material, while the pump casing is constructed from cast iron. The wet rotor design utilises bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid, with graphite bearings and a ceramic shaft providing reliable operation. Rotating parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made from corrosion resistant materials for maintenance free performance.

Installation is facilitated by an in-line pump casing with threaded ports allowing direct mounting on pipe work. Barrel unions with threaded ports simplify servicing. The integrated automatic motor overload protection and sintered bronze filter protecting the rotor chamber from impurities enhance operational security. Maximum liquid temperature range is -10°C to +95°C, with maximum ambient temperature of +40°C.
