The QB035 operates as a single speed spa pump with 250W motor input power and 180W motor output performance for residential spa circulation applications. The pump operates on 240v single phase power with 50Hz supply frequency together with 2900 RPM motor speed, 5A start current, and 1.6A rated current performance. Hydraulic performance supports maximum flow rates up to 160 L/Min together with maximum head performance up to 7 m under suitable operating conditions. Compact pump construction together with 40 mm inlet and outlet PVC connections assists with simplified installation across smaller spa pool systems while supporting operating noise levels of approximately 56 dBa.
The pump incorporates large suction and discharge outlets designed to support improved circulation performance while assisting with lower operating noise levels during spa operation. A corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel pump shaft assists with dependable long-term operating durability, including salt water spa pool applications. The QB035 additionally incorporates double insulation to the water circuit together with an equipotential bonding point for AS/NZ 3000 wiring compliance.
The SpaPower QB Series pump design incorporates shielded yoke motor protection to assist with protection against adverse leaking from the wet end during operation. Flexible installation capability allows horizontal or vertical discharge orientation to suit spa pipework layouts more efficiently. Three drainage points further assist with easier draining procedures and simplified clearing of trapped air during servicing and maintenance operations. The pump is suitable for maximum water temperatures up to 50°C together with maximum ambient operating temperatures up to 50°C.
