Hydraulic output for this manual unit is provided by a 15 kW motor reaching a maximum flow rate of 5000 L/Min and a total head of 29.6 m. Operating on a three-phase 415v supply, the unit draws a rated current of 30 Amps. A 10 m submersible power cable is provided for the air-filled dry submersible 4-pole motor, which is designed for Star-Delta starting.

The impeller arrangement is designed for non-clog operation when handling wastewater containing suspended solids. This hydraulic system permits the passage of foreign matter up to 76 mm in diameter. Discharge is handled through a 100 mm vertical port fitted with a discharge elbow with companion flange for connection to large-bore pipework.

Suitable applications for this unit include heavy duty sewage transfer and commercial drainage lifting. It is rated for liquid temperatures reaching 40°C and maximum submergence depths up to 8 meters during continuous duty. The pump is designed for vertical installation in pits where large volumes of effluent containing solids must be moved manually.

Construction features a rugged cast iron pump casing and motor frame paired with an AISI 403 stainless steel shaft. Sealing is managed by a double mechanical seal in an oil chamber featuring Silicon Carbide lower faces and Carbon/Ceramic upper faces. Fasteners are manufactured from 304 stainless steel.

    FEATURES

    • Enclosed single-channel non-clog impeller facilitates the passage of 76 mm solids.
    • Air-filled dry submersible 4-pole motor rated for continuous duty at 50Hz frequency.
    • Shaft sealing uses a double mechanical system isolated in an oil chamber for motor protection.
    • Utilizes Silicon Carbide lower seal faces for wear resistance in abrasive wastewater.
    • Includes a 100 mm screwed discharge elbow with companion flange, gaskets, and fasteners.
    • Double-row lower bearings provide axial reliability for the 1500 rpm rotating assembly.
    • Motor incorporates an automatic thermal protector.
    • Intermediate oil chamber filled with turbine oil (SAE 10W/20W) for mechanical seal lubrication.
